India Supplies Two Unusual Hemagglutinin Partial Codes

India posted two partial HA sequences from October 2009 at GenBank today.  Each begins late at residue 162 and is truncated prior to our PF11 primary amino acid position of interest, 225.

A/India/GWMH01 terminates at residue 222.  170S and 214E are found in the short sequence.
A/India/GWMH02 terminates at residue 224.  211T is the only changed amino acid.
